You can send a request for availability from our website or via e-mail and wait for our response. Alternatively, you can make an online reservation by following the instructions available on our website www.gardapartments.it. The reservation is to be considered confirmed only after our written communication showing the total price of the stay and after the payment of the deposit, to be made within 5 days by our confirmation. If the payment is not made within the requested time, the reservation is to be understood as null. The reservation becomes binding for Gardapartments only upon the receipt of a copy of the bank transfer at the e-mail address: email@example.com.
At this point Gardapartments will undertake to send the client a confirmation e-mail. Confirmation of booking implies acceptance of our cancellation and deposit terms. We kindly ask you to check the accuracy of the aforementioned confirmation and to inform us of any anomaly as soon as possible. The communication must be received no later than 5 days from receipt of the same. After this deadline we decline any responsibility for any inaccuracies. Upon arrival it is mandatory to present a document of recognition for each person, child and infant too. To make changes to the reservation you need to contact Gardapartments’s staff, who will do everything possible to meet the request. However, we can not guarantee the fulfillment of the same. If the booking is moved to a period for which the price is higher than the amount paid, the customer is required to pay the difference.
Payment Methods and General Conditions:
A deposit is required no later than 5 days from the date of confirmation of the booking. In case of failure to receive the deposit within the indicated dates, the reservation is void.
In the case of non-payment of the deposit, the reservation will be cancelled. The amount of the deposit is equal to 30% of the total amount of the stay. As required by the civil code in art. 1385, will not be refunded in case of cancellation beyond the terms specified below or non-presentation.
For the payment of the reservation deposit by bank transfer, we indicate the following account holder:

Send the copy of the bank transfer receipt via email: firstname.lastname@example.org indicating the date of your reservation, the telephone number and the email address, you will receive confirmation.
The balance of the reservation must be paid upon arrival.
Any extras must be paid before departure.
Each cancellation of reservation has to be communicated by e-mail. For the conditions please refer to your confirmation e-mail.
- 30% for cancellation under 30 days before the arrival date
- 70 % for cancellation under 20 days before the arrival date
- 100 % for cancellation from 7 days before and in case of no show
Force Majeure (Covid19 - Government imposed travel restrictions): you can cancel up to 7 days from the date of arrival without penalty.
Accepted payment methods: bank transfer for deposit and credit card or cash (max Eur 999,00) for balance payment on spot.
Prepayment, “Not Refundable”:
If this special rate is booked, the full amount will be requested by bank transfer. The full amount is not refundable under any circumstances. In certain periods, different payment terms may apply.
