Reservation



It is possible to send an availability request from our website or by e-mail and wait for our response. Alternatively, you can make a reservation request online by following the instructions available on our website www.gardapartments.it. The reservation is to be considered confirmed only after our written communication stating the total price of the stay and after payment of the deposit, to be made within 5 days from our confirmation. If the payment is not made in the required time, the reservation is considered void.
The reservation becomes binding on Gardapartments only upon receipt of a copy of the confirmation deposit payment receipt by e-mail at: [email protected].

At that point Gardapartments will undertake to send the client a confirmation e-mail. Confirmation of the reservation implies acceptance of our cancellation and deposit terms. We kindly ask you to check the accuracy of the data in said confirmation and to notify us as soon as possible of any anomalies. The communication must be received no later than 5 days after receipt of the same. After this deadline we decline all responsibility for any inaccuracies.
Upon arrival it is mandatory to present identification for each person including children and infants for due legal registration.
To make changes to your reservation, you must contact the front desk staff, who will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, we cannot guarantee fulfillment of this request. In case of shifting the reservation to a period for which the price is higher than the amount paid, the customer is required to pay the difference.

Payment



General Conditions:



A deposit is required no later than 5 days from the date of booking confirmation. In case of failure to receive the deposit by the specified dates, the reservation is void.

In case of non-payment of the deposit, the reservation will be cancelled.
The amount of the deposit is 30% of the total amount of the stay. As provided by the Civil Code in Art. 1385, it will not be returned in case of cancellation after the terms specified below or non-presentation.

Send copy of transfer receipt via email to [email protected] indicating the date of your reservation, phone number and email address, you will receive confirmation.

The balance of your reservation must be paid 7 days before your arrival date. Any extras must be paid before departure.

Accepted methods of payment: bank transfer in advance and credit card or cash for payment of the total stay on site.

Cancellation policy:



Any reservation cancellation must be communicated in writing. Please refer to your booking confirmation for cancellation conditions.

- 30% of total for cancellation 30 to 20 days prior to arrival date
- 70% of total for cancellation under 20 days from arrival date
- 100% of total from 7 days before arrival and for no-show

Force Majeure (government-imposed travel restrictions): you may cancel up to 7 days from the arrival date without penalty, the amount already paid will be turned into a Voucher to be used within the next 12 months.

"Nonrefundable" payments:



If you purchase this specific offer, the total amount of your stay must be paid by bank transfer within 5 days. Under no circumstances is the amount refundable
